Position: Factory Supervisor (General)
Responsibilities:
Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Responsible for all manpower scheduling and supervision
Guide and coach employees? monitoring their productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as supervisor- mainly managing the blue collar staff.
- Must have good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Can work under pressure and must be trustworthy.
-Supervise a team of 150+staff, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations
