Designation: Factory Supervisor

Place of Work: Factory (Al Sajja)

:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and quality standards.

2. Monitor and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.

3. Implement and enforce production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders.

4. Provide training and guidance to ensure safety in factory.

5. Enforce and promote a culture of safety within the production facility.

6. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

7. Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment and materials.

8. Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials for production.

9. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow.

10. Report regularly to upper management on production performance, challenges, and opportunities.

11. Coordinate with site supervisor, procurement and production staff to meet accurate and timely delivery of material at site as required.

12. Maintain store and availability of fast moving items in the store.

13. Report and maintain daily record of issuance of material on sites and return of material from site.

14. Submission of proper documentation of material usage and wastage on daily basis to the accounts.

15. Ensure accuracy in quantity for in/out of the material.

16. Report and maintain list of equipments issued to projects and their return.

17. Undertake weekly inventory count and reconciliation with accounts/ERP.

18. Responsible of inventory control and its efficient usage.

19. Provision a copy of every documents issued for daily work purpose to the accounts.

20. Maintain clean environment in the Factory.

21. Troubleshoot every problem related to factory causing delay in work.

22. Any other task assigned by managing partner to fulfill above stated jobs.

Experience:
