Factory Supervisor
Job Description
The factory supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of goods, specifically in the food industry, with a focus on spices. They will work closely with other departments to ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the factory, including production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
2. Ensure that production targets are met and that food products, particularly spices, are manufactured according to quality standards.
3. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in GI and PI production.
4. Manage and motivate the factory staff, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
Preferred Candidate:
1. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in GI and Pre Insulated Duct production.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
4. Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control in the HVAC industry.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
