We are looking to hire someone experienced in Production and ability to lead the team for our Uniforms division - Based in Umm Al Quwain

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Uniform Factory Supervisor/Manager to oversee the daily operations of our uniform production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, maintain product quality, and manage staff performance to meet production deadlines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

• Plan, organize, and oversee the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor the production process and adjust workflows as necessary.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

Quality Control:

• Implement and maintain strict quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet client specifications and company standards.

Team Supervision:

• Manage and supervise a team of workers, including tailors, cutters, and other factory staff.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for team members.
• Resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative work environment.

Inventory and Supplies Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of raw materials, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain a steady supply chain.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and standards.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and factory regulations.

Cost and Waste Management:

• Minimize waste by optimizing production processes.
• Monitor costs to ensure production remains within budget.

Customer Communication:

• Coordinate with the sales or customer service teams to understand client requirements.
• Address client concerns related to production and delivery timelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a textile or uniform manufacturing factory.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality control methods.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication (Hindi/English) and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with industry-specific machinery and equipment.
• Proficiency in inventory and production management tools/software is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Textile Management, Garment Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in uniform production or a similar role.

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
