Job Description

•W e are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee our production operations. The successful candidate will ensure that our manufacturing process run smoothly, meet quality standards, and adhere to safety regulations. The factory Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing or team, optimizing production efficiency, and maintaining a high standard of work. •

•KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •

• Supervise daily factory operations to ensure efficient workflow and production processes.
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards to maintain product excellence.
• Implement and oversee safety to meet project deadlines and client specifications.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies and ensure materials are available for the projects.
• Coordinate with the team to meet project deadlines and client specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues or equipment malfunctions.
• Prepare and maintain production report, record, and documentations.
• Continuously seek ways to improve production processes.

•REQUIREMENTS •

• Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or similar role in the interiors and fit out industry.
• Strong understanding of production process, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawing and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field is a plus.
• UAE Experience is mandatory.
• Fitout experience : min 4 yrs ( Preferring)
• Preferring candidates with UAE driving license.
