They are involved in manufacturing and retail. :xc2xb7 Plan and organize production schedules - Develop and execute Master production schedule based on business demands to support improved productivity and reliability.xc2xb7 Support development and use of operations standard procedures, tools and matrices to ensure the factory is running effectively and efficiently in terms of personnel, processes and machinery.xc2xb7 Maximize the efficiency of the production staff, equipment, and techniques to complete the projects in a timely manner.xc2xb7 Participate in factoryxe2x80x99s financial planning & management, monitoring the progress of projects, reviewing work, discrepancies, expenses, billings and payments.xc2xb7 Collaborating with quality control managers to create and implement quality control processes and check finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standards.xc2xb7 Responsible to work in getting required certification for the products.xc2xb7 Overseeing the warehousing activities.xc2xb7 Overseeing production processes and supply chain.xc2xb7 Organizing routine maintenance of machinery and equipment.xc2xb7 Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.xc2xb7 Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.xc2xb7 Promote safety and ensure teams compliance with all health/safety and environmental rules, policies and procedures.xc2xb7 Develop cost-cutting strategies by altering production procedures/ new modifications to reduce operational costs, material waste and minimum stock.xc2xb7 Working closely with Finance, Supply chain & Logistics and other related departments within and outside the Company (such as Government agencies and authorities) to ensure smooth operations.xc2xb7 Manage the administrative aspects of the factory by ensuring the preparation of performance plans, job descriptions, and conducting employee performance reviews.xc2xb7 Any other assignment as given by the supervisor(s).Job Requirements:xc2xb7 A bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management or related field.xc2xb7 5-7 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in same capacity.xc2xb7 Hand-on experience of day-to-day management of complex and inter-related manufacturing operations.xc2xb7 Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques.xc2xb7 Strong management, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.xc2xb7 Knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis and report writing.xc2xb7 The ability to work under pressure.xc2xb7 Good command in written and spoken English (mandatory)
