We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Factory Manager to join our passionate team.
Position: Factory Manager
Location: Umm Al Thuoob, Umm Al Quwain
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations as top priority.
• Manage production schedules and ensure prompt timelines.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of production staff.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control measures.
• Optimize processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and achieve company goals.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Proven 10 years of experience as a Factory Manager in Wood Industry and Paint
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
