Job Posting: Factory Manager

Orshana is a leading company specializing in the customization of high-quality furniture solutions designed to meet the unique needs of our clients.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility loacted in Fujairah, specializing in furniture, woodworking, and craft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory management, with the ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the production process and ensure efficiency and quality meet our standards.

- Manage a team of 50+ workers, providing leadership, support, and training as necessary.

- Read and interpret detailed drawings to ensure accurate production and quality control.

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand.

- Monitor inventory levels and oversee procurement of materials.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.

•Qualifications:•

- Proven experience as a Factory Manager or in a similar role, specifically in manufacturing furniture and woodworking.

- Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to manage a large team effectively.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.

•Salary:•

AED 8,000 to 10,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
