We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of our projects.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Factory Manager or in a senior management role within the metal and manufacturing industries .
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily factory operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment, materials, and manpower to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Implement and maintain health and safety regulations within the factory.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and manage factory staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
