About the job Factory ManagerRequirements:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in UAE a managerial role within aluminum production, marbke and joinery.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the aluminum and joinery industry, particularly in architectural aluminum and custom joinery products.
The Factory Manage will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes, adherence to safety and quality standards, and effective use of resources.
This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in aluminum and joinery manufacturing, and the ability to manage a diverse team of employees.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industrial machinery, production planning, and inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
