Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in the UAE. As the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all daily operations of the manufacturing plant, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and control costs to meet budgetary goals and production targets.
• Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, key metrics, and operational activities to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment, with a track record of successfully managing production operations.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively lead and develop a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resource utilization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
