Finishing Carpenter/ Kitchen and Cabinets, Vanity, Tv units, Doors, Closet. (6)

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to meet the requirements.
• Install kitchen and cabinets, wardrobe, Vanity and other materials.
• Calculate the size and number of needed materials.
• Shape and process materials according to taken measurements.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Handson experience with carpentry materials, especially wood
• Deep knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, starting with installation.
• Proficient in using carpentry equipment and tools (power saws, hammers, rulers, and more).
• Able to comply with the company's safety guidelines.
• Perform preventive maintenance of all types of kitchen equipment's machineries
• Capability for all joinery/ Kitchen and Cabinets, vanity, installations work.
• Capability for Glass windows and sliding door joinery

Mechanically oriented with good manual dexterity.

Product Assembly, installation, and site measurement processes.

Ability to resolve site issues.

Good product knowledge.

With Driving license is preferred.

Salary: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

CNC MACHINE operator (1)

We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator (Wood - Carpentry)

You will be responsible for the operation and set up of CNC and Edge bander machines, including inspection and quality checks. You will look after all preventative maintenance for your machine, working closely with engineering and Machine Shop Team Leader to ensure machine is running at maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Operation of machinery, including inspections and quality checks
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas and machinery
• Ensuring you adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures

Machinery

Beam Saw / Angle plant Saw (HOMAG)

• Operation of CNC machinery
• Selecting pre-optimized programs
• Following a pre-scheduled workload to meet deadlines
• Loading and offloading the machine
• Cutting MFC and MDF product
• Changing blades as and when required through visual quality checks

Salary: 1500-2200 AED.

Wood & Carpentry Factory Forman (1)

Qualifications:

• Wood Factory Forman: 5-10 years (GCC 5years).
• UAE Driving License.
• Language Known: English, Hindi.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to supervise the labors in the Factory and site.
• Experience in the field of joinery & wood Factory for around 5-10 years.
• Should have vast knowledge to execute the tasks on site.
• Ability to differentiate between different kinds of wood.
• Should have the knowledge, handling and operations of the machinery used in Factory.
• Ability to read drawings.

We are looking for experienced staff to join our team with full knowledge how to operate the below machinery. The candidates should have experience in Kitchen and cabinets, vanity, doors, general wood works.

Responsibilities:

• Operation of machinery, including inspections and quality checks

• Experience in the field of joinery & wood Factory for around 3-6 years.
• Ability to use the below machineries:

-Cross cut saws.

-Multi Rip Saw

-FSP Four Side Planers

-Planer Thicknessers
