Factory Helper
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Factory Helper/Laborer to assist with daily operations, including handling materials, operating equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in the factory.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with raw material handling, production, and packaging.
• Operate machinery under supervision.
• Clean work areas and maintain factory organization.
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
• Support inventory management and waste disposal.
Requirements:
• Previous factory experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy materials.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
