Position Overview:
The Production Helper assists in the production process by performing various tasks to support the smooth and efficient manufacturing of goods. This role involves working closely with the production team to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Support:
• Assist machine operators and production workers in their tasks.
• Supply raw materials, tools, or components to production lines.
• Assemble simple components as per instructions.
• Quality Control:
• Inspect materials or products for defects and report any issues.
• Ensure that finished goods meet quality standards.
• Equipment Handling:
• Operate basic machinery under supervision.
• Clean and maintain production tools and equipment.
• Workplace Maintenance:
• Keep the production area clean and organized.
• Dispose of waste or unused materials appropriately.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the team.
• Physical capability to stand for long hours, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic understanding of production processes (preferred).
• Prior experience in a production environment is an advantage.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced production floor with potential exposure to noise, heat, or other conditions.
• Requires attention to detail and focus on completing tasks efficiently.
