Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Factory Supervisor - Joinery at Brain Freeze Interior located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He/she reports to the Production Manager and works on multiple projects at the same time.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

Oversee daily production, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality, and material efficiency.

Design & Technical Support:

Review project designs for feasibility, provide technical advice on materials and production techniques.

Quality Control:

Implement quality control measures and resolve production issues.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe work environment.

Material Management:

Procure materials, manage inventory, and minimize waste.

Cost Management:

Monitor production costs and work within budget constraints.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and guide the production team.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
