Facility Supervisor (residential And Commercial Buildings)
Job Description
Essentials:
• At least 4-5 years' overall experience.
• Must have at least 2-3 years' of UAE experience related to his field.
• Must have the knowledge working in Building management, Facility Management, Residential management and NOT in a Construction company.
• Must have strong skills in their work, and NOT as an assistant only.
• Must be professional especially in their field and has the ability to decide on their own.
• Must have experience handling technicians and can coordinate with the clients.
• Must have computer skills.
• Can be flexible and trustworthy.
Nationality: Preferred from southeast Asia.
Visa Status: Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa (Should be Valid)
Passport should be valid for more than 6 months.
Driving License: Must have UAE D/L
Location: In Dubai, UAE, can come for Face to Face Interview in Dubai and is willing to take trial.
Age: between 30 - 45 years old
Salary: To be discussed depending on the interview and experience.
