The maintenance supervisor manages and coordinates several maintenance activities, ensuring reactive and planned services are done as per the agreed SLA, supervises technicians and contractors to ensure their work efficiency; determines the repair procedures; also manages the CAFM and ensures completion of all work orders in high quality while maintaining low expenses, review bills and submit quotations for approval after negotiating.
What You\'ll Do
Coordinate and manage teams, contractors, and service providers, covering the following activities: kitchen equipment and cold rooms, kitchen exhaust and ecology unit services, coffee machines maintenance, air conditions, grease traps, pest control, gas maintenance, firefighting, drain line getting, furniture cleaning, water filters, waste collection, and civil works.
Schedule and direct a crew of maintenance technicians with a craft specialty to complete the assigned tasks while meeting the SLAs
Assure compliance with appropriate health and safety practices and procedures as per government and landlord legislation.
Manage and maintain the records of the services in the CAFM, respond to and prioritize work orders, highlight low-performance teams or suppliers, and record all the expenses on the system.
Communicate with the operation team to Identify problems and requirements,
Report completed tasks and any unusual technical or personnel issues to the facility manager.
Proactively recommend repairing or replacing any frequent breakdown equipment.
Provide input to vendors\' performance reviews and monitor the work of assigned crew members.
Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal codes and regulations.
Performs regular site inspections and responds to notifications to avoid incidents or injuries.
Plans, schedules, selects, approves, and implements requisitions for necessary equipment and related supplies.
Monitor the operating budget for areas of responsibility.
Maintain inventory of necessary spare parts and equipment.
Investigate and find root causes for incidents.
Assists or participates in performing maintenance and repair work as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned (e.g. work shift)

Reporting to Assistant Facility Manager/ Facility Manager
Initial approval of quotation after reviewing prior submitting for manager\xe2\x80\x99s approval
Responsible for Petty cash and consumables and tools purchases
Minimum 5 years experience in the facilities management industry, preferred in Food and Beverage and retail.
CAMF experience
Proficiency in both verbal and written English Language
High School Certificates/Diploma
Engineering degree is preferred.
