:

We are seeking an experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a background in facility management, ensuring the premises remain operational, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facility Operations: Supervise and manage all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, safety, and security to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of maintenance staff and other facility personnel. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee the routine and emergency maintenance of the building, equipment, and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.). Ensure all repairs are done promptly and cost-effectively.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance services, such as cleaning, landscaping, and pest control.
• Budget & Cost Control: Assist in managing the facility's operational budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions for all facility-related services and repairs.
• Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify issues or areas for improvement, ensuring that all equipment and systems are in good working order.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records related to facility maintenance, repairs, inventory, safety compliance, and vendor services. Report issues or concerns to upper management.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response protocols, ensuring all staff are trained in procedures for fire drills, evacuations, and other emergencies.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in facility management, building operations, or a similar role (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using facility management software or maintenance management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in facility management or related fields (e.g., OSHA, LEED, or similar) preferred.
