Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for construction and maintenance projects.
• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including design, permitting, procurement, execution, and handover.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure project deliverables align with specifications and deadlines.
• Ensure all projects comply with UAE labor laws, construction regulations, and municipal requirements.
• Implement and monitor safety measures to ensure the well-being of workers and site visitors.
• Maintain proper documentation for regulatory compliance and audits.
• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team, including contractors, engineers, and on-site workers.
• Facilitate regular meetings to discuss project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide leadership in resolving conflicts and maintaining positive working relationships among team members.
• Monitor and control project budgets to prevent cost overruns while maintaining quality standards.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure timely payments in coordination with the finance team.
• Prepare financial reports and updates for management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets company quality standards and contract specifications.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting project milestones, challenges, and resolutions.
• Ensure a smooth transition and handover of completed projects to operations teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in construction and facilities management.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, construction codes, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional project management skills, with proficiency in tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
