Position: Facility Officer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Facility Officer to manage our facility operations and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative or facility management roles. Strong administrative and vendor management skills are essential, along with a good understanding of facility management and procurement processes.
Key Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience as a Facility Officer or Admin.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures and facility management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
• Research and evaluate potential vendors.
• Negotiate payment terms and pricing with suppliers.
• Coordinate with the accounts department to issue LPOs and ensure order details are accurately entered into the system.
• Track orders, ensure timely deliveries, and reconcile delivery notes with purchase orders.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, projects, and invoices.
• Manage petty cash and submit reports.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance and HR departments.
• Track attendance and prepare monthly overtime reports.
• Update accounts payable and receivable records.
• Arrange meetings with vendors and customers.
