WHAT'S THE ROLE?
As a Facilities & Office Coordinator at Hilti, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. A key part of your role will involve managing reception duties, including handling incoming calls, assisting guests, and overseeing visitor registration.
In addition to front desk responsibilities, you will be responsible for coordinating office supplies, supporting administrative tasks, and managing mail distribution and courier services. You will also liaise with security and office support teams to ensure a smooth and organized workplace.
