Holds a university degree in engineering and experience in operation and maintenance. Holds a PMP Certification. Certified Facilities Manager (CFM). Sufficient experience in mechanical and electrical works. Sufficient experience in managing all activities covered by the contract. Fifteen (15) years of experience in this field. Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies. Understanding of ERP/CAFM implementation. Ability to read, write and speak Arabic and English. The ability to use all office computer programs. He must be medically fit. He must have a valid light vehicle-driving license. He has the ability to prepare preventive maintenance strategies and schedules, as well as respond to faults and repair them, diagnose gaps and malfunctions, and submit a report to avoid their occurrence in the future. He has the ability to implement health and safety standards for employees under his supervision at the work site.
