Partner with the best You will be responsible for the management of all the soft services and hard services of a repair services facility specifically designed for the repair, refurbishment, and inspection of energy application products. You will be also involved for the definition of the strategy for the new investments (P&E) and responsible for the following execution once approved. You will oversee the management and control for the following commodities: Maintenance, Fixture & Tooling, Eng Services, Facility, Utilities, External Service & Labor, and for the continuous improvement projects to reduce cost and improve quality, for energy management and for all the initiatives to reduce CO2 in our facilities for reach the CO2 reduction target in 2030 and 2050. You will work closely with the General Manager on facilitating his needs toward the JV board of directors in organizing executive meetings, leadership visits, team building events, as you will have an exposure to business units and customers.

As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for: Management, and control for the following commodities: Maintenance, Fixture & Tooling, Eng Services, Facility, Utilities, External Service & Labor, and for the continuous improvement projects to reduce cost and improve quality. Monitors the main machinery asst's performance, availability, and reliability to ensure production and operations are not interrupted and improved towards better performance. Maintain all certification and permitting required by local regulations and authorities. Handling Energy Management and all the initiatives to reduce CO2 in our facilities to reach the CO2 reduction target in 2030 and 2050. Managing all the soft services (cleaning, waste, gardening, canteen). Supervise all staff facilities staff (Guards, Maintenance technicians, Housekeepers, Drivers etc.) and external contractors. Ensures a proper documents, MOM, certifications and legal documents control. Responsible to ensure 100% compliance to applicable QMS/HSE procedures. Have a bachelor's degree from accredited university (Preferable in electrical or mechanical engineering college). Have minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management in industrial fields. Must be able to read and interpret drawings and O&M Manual of equipment. Tactical execution with a sense of urgency Display very good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others. Have experience in matrix management organization. Demonstrate good organizational, management, and supervisory skills. Have ability to coordinate & lead several initiatives simultaneously. Must have effective problem identification and solution skills. Have proven analytical and organizational ability. Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.
