Facility Manager
Job Description
The Facility Manager oversees the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of all campus facilities, including buildings, grounds, and infrastructure. This role involves managing a team, coordinating repairs and upgrades, ensuring safety and regulatory standards compliance, and implementing cost-effective and sustainable solutions to maintain an optimal learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Lead and manage facilities staff and external contractors.
• Develop and oversee budgets, schedules, and maintenance plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Propose and implement sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Proven experience in facilities management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid driving license with access to a vehicle is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
