Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to join our team. As a Facility Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the maintenance and the day to day upkeep of the properties assigned to you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive facility maintenance plans to ensure all properties are well-maintained and in compliance with local regulations.

Supervise maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance and repair tasks.

Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.

Oversee the budgeting and financial management related to facility maintenance and repair projects.

Collaborate with property owners and homeowner associations to address their concerns and provide exceptional customer service.

Ensure that all properties are in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Evaluate and negotiate service contracts with third-party vendors and service providers.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and warranties.

Implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.

Participate in the development and execution of long-term maintenance and capital improvement plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in facility management, property management, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and repair.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.

Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to facility management.

Strong commitment to customer service and client satisfaction.
