Job Description
A Client of Success Sparrow Consultancy, is looking for an experienced Manager - Facility Management Operations, to manage the cleaning/housekeeping business in Dubai. Candidate needs to have 4-5 years experience in managing cleaning business within the residential segment.\xe2\x80\x8b 1) Experience in developing the business within the residential segment. 2) Managing staff deployment, their transport and supervising their daily tasks. 3) Cash collection, accounting, and depositing the same in the account. 4) Aggressive marketing, within the community groups to increase the business. \xe2\x80\x8b Requirements
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Only experienced candidates in the above may apply.
- Age group 27-35 with experience in relevant industry/company/field of business
- Computer skills
- UAE driving license is an added advantage
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Do you have prior experience in the same industry, managing a team ?
- Facility Management, Residential and Commercial cleaning: 1 year (Required)
- UAE driving license (Required)
