We are currently looking for experienced and immediate joiner candidate for post of FACILITY MANAGER

Experience

• 8 -•10 year post qualification in the related field (vast experience in Health Care Sector is a great advantage)•

Qualifications Required :

• Bachelors in Engineering
• Health and Safety Certificate

Skills & Competencies Required

• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles

Job Specific Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, secure, controlled, and comfortable environment for the people around the facility.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are met in terms of space, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, lighting, emergency call systems etc. for existing / new departments in the facility
• Ensure acceptance of utility systems in line with department policies.
• Ensure all the users are trained on the required utility system for smooth & safe operation.
• Ensure proper preventive maintenance for all utility systems.
• Ensure on time actions for any technical support, corrective maintenance required by the department.
• Ensure minimal risks associated with utility systems by conducting comprehensive risk assessment with Quality & Safety Departments.
• Manages and coordinates utility system management, contract management, service agreements with outsourced vendors
• Advance planning of manpower to ensure quality services to the patients, staffs and organization.
• Assigning proper duty roaster for outsourced contracting staffs in line with the organization needs.
• Ensure 100% compliance with the scope of work agreed in the approved contract by both parties.
• Ensure on time document submission from the contractors with respect of the agreed scope of work and required KPIs in the approved contract for any local / international audits.
• Health and safety, assess risk, and design strategies to reduce potential hazards within the Facility.
• 100% PPM for Life Supporting and High-Risk Equipment & 95% on Non-Life Support or Medium Risk / Low Risk Equipment.
• 90% Completion of all type of Break Down Calls

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
