We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The Facility will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our facilities, equipment, and transportation assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to optimize facility and fleet management practices.
Responsibilities:
Facility Management:
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities, including buildings, grounds, utilities, and amenities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of facility infrastructure and systems.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and upgrades as needed to address facility deficiencies and meet operational requirements.
• Manage facility budgets, expenses, and contracts with vendors and service providers.
Fleet Management:
• Manage the company's vehicle fleet, including cars, trucks, vans, and specialized equipment.
• Develop and enforce fleet maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize vehicle reliability and safety.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, and servicing with internal maintenance teams or external service providers.
• Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, and operating costs to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in facility management, fleet management, or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices, automotive technology, and fleet management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and facility management software.
