Sales & Marketing Executive - Facilities Management

Experience- A Minimum of 3 to 4-plus years of experience in a similar role in the UAE facility management industry is required

Responsibilities

- Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial FM industry

- Securing and closing new MEP/ Civil and building maintenance contracts in Abu Dhabi.

- New business development, and managing existing accounts, contracts and renewals.

- A strong understanding of M&E and hard services as well as the tender process about commercial and public sector procurement

• Requirements:

- Engineering Degree / Equivalent

- Proven experience within Facility Management in Abu Dhabi

- Vast exposure to Facilities Management practices & solutions.

- Experienced in securing Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC service contracts, agreeing SLA's etc

- Valid UAE Drivers License

- Good Command over English / Arabic Language (Written & Verbal)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
