Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage both hard and soft services within building facilities.
• Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Handle costing, tendering processes, and budget management for facility-related projects.
• Conduct regular site and building inspections to assess condition and identify maintenance needs.
• Prepare and review detailed inspection and maintenance reports.
• Efficiently handle multitasking and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Coordinate and oversee various facility operations to ensure seamless functionality.
• Develop and manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Review and analyze maintenance reports to optimize system performance.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to address their needs and concerns.
• Conduct meetings to discuss facility management issues and improvements.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and expenditure related to facility operations.
• Supervise and lead facility management teams, ensuring effective performance and development.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and their operation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in contract management and financial oversight.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and experience managing multiple sites.
• Effective communication skills for client interactions and team management.
• Ability to handle tendering processes and cost estimation.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• UAE Driving License is required.
