Our clients include multinationals and SMEs, governments, non-governmental organisations, supra-nationals, and non-governmental organisations.The Facility & Provisioning Manager is the manager responsible for the setup and functioning of the Facility including the provisioning of equipment in the UAE, and in preparation of equipment for various deployments. Working closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure procurement is managed on-time, in budget, and meeting client expectations.The key roles and responsibilities of the Facility & Provisioning Manager is:
Support the Logistics Manager in procurement and provisioning
Responsible for Facility Maintenance, Repair and Management
Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and cost-controlled taking into account Facility Management and Provisioning.
Ensure equipment and resource availability and allocation throughout the deployment.
Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
Report and escalate issues, concerns and positive outcomes to Project Manager and head office management as needed.
Project facility risk management to minimize potential risks, using appropriate risk management tracking tools.
Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project facility and provisioning requirements, deadlines and schedules.
Preparing regular project and facility & provisioning status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience required, ideally maritime provisioning and/or Facility Management.
Prior military naval or offshore maritime experience is desirable for this role.
Project management training such as Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification or equivalent is desired.
Management experience, within international operations is essential, and specifically maritime operations is preferable.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
