Monitoring the maintenance of all functional building systems relating to campus utilities; ensuring minimization of disruptions to the running of the campus facilities arising from maintenance incidents.
Producing periodic utility reports on a timely basis.
Conducting daily inspections of the property to ensure security of the assets; maintaining a log of any preventive maintenance, health, safety and security incidents and actions.
Ensuring grounds and exterior areas are well maintained.
Reporting any faults or damages with follow-up.
Ensuring that all building management equipment is operating within defined performance level expectations and overseeing service level agreements with third parties.
Planning, organizing, and overseeing the implementation of planned preventative maintenance, routine maintenance and any special projects within budget and agreed upon KPI\'s.
Organizing school bus schedules and routes and ensuring that vehicles meet all safety standards; supervising the performance of drivers and bus helpers and ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
Fostering good working relationships with statutory regulators to ensure timely compliance with regulation at all times.
Liaising with officials in governmental departments on matters related to school and building licenses and other legal paperwork.
Ensuring that all visitors, staff, and outsourced personnel are adequately instructed in environmental health, safety, and welfare whilst within the campus; responding adequately to emergencies or urgent issues arising.
Overseeing the implementation of Solid Waste Management.
Carrying out such other duties as may be prescribed from time to time by the School Director.
Managing all support staff.
Ideal Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field
A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial building facilities management
Arabic is a must
Good English communication skills are required
The ability to use Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work within a team
