Facilities Supervisor

Job Description
:Our Client is currently looking for a facilities supervisor to join their facilities team in Ras Al Khaimah. As the facilities supervisor youll report directly into the Head of facilities and be responsible for planning and implementing the design of plants, offices, and production lines in order to maximize the use of available space and improve production efficiency. Estimate costs related to layout design, including equipment and materials, labor, etc. and monitoring the construction process. Researches production/processing equipment or fixtures for purchase and gather data relating to their ability to meet organisational needs. Making sure that the building meets health and safety standards and legal requirements. Managing office systems, which may include IT and office equipment, advising on energy efficiency. Managing budgets and keeping records of payments, refurbishment, renovations and office moves along with the general upkeep and maintenance of the office. Negotiating the best deals with contractors and suppliers.
