Job Description

The Role

This opportunity is with a Multinational company, a global leader specializing in advanced industrial products and services for the energy and mobility sectors into manufacturing of products in stainless steel and high-nickel alloy. In this position you would be responsible for the following: o Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair activities for all equipment, machinery, and infrastructure within the factory facility. o Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and standards for janitorial staff to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility. o Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with cleaning and maintenance standards, identifying areas for improvement and corrective actions as needed. o Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of work. o Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials necessary for facility maintenance and janitorial operations. o Train and mentor janitorial staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. o Monitor and enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies within the facility. o Collaborate with other departments, including operations, safety, and HR, to support overall factory operations and initiatives. o Prepare reports, documentation, and budgets related to facility maintenance activities and expenditures.



Requirements

To be successful you would ideally possess : o High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. o Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance supervision, or related roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment. o Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, janitorial practices, and facility maintenance procedures. o Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team. o Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. o Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, management, contractors, and vendors. o Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and compliance standards. o Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software is advantageous.
