Facilities Supervisor
Job Description
Job Purpose
The Facility Supervisor oversees and ensures that the company's facilities run smoothly. This involves overseeing maintenance and repair activities, coordinating with external vendors, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Facility Supervisor will also create and implement initiatives to increase facility efficiency and safety.
Principal Accountabilities
• Supervise and coordinate facility maintenance activities, including repairs, upgrades, and renovations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for facility-related projects.
• Check the premises regularly to ensure security
• Monitor planned preventive maintenance
• Carry out inspections of the facility
• Monitor and analyze facility operations to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Manage the budget for facility maintenance.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring high-quality work and employee safety.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility maintenance and repairs.
