Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Facilities Manager specializing in Hard Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in facilities management within the UAE and hold an engineering degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the maintenance and operation of all hard services, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure all facilities are in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation of facilities.
• Prepare annual project budgeting
• Review all reports to be submitted to the clients and discuss with Maintenance Manager
• Lead and manage a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair projects.
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare and present reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and project progress to senior management.
• Utilize Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems for efficient facility management.
• Implement and manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs.
• Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage client interactions and improve service delivery.
• Oversee and manage projects related to facility upgrades, renovations, and repairs.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a facilities management company in the UAE.
• A minimum of five (5) years managerial responsibility in a huge hospital facilities department is a must.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of the JCI, ASHRAE, AIAA, NFPA and other relevant operational and design guidelines is a must.
• Strong knowledge of hard services, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in using CAFM systems, MS Office and other applications .
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
