Job Description

We are looking for an experienced " Facilities Manager - French Nationals" on a permanent contract in Dubai-UAE



Key Responsibility Areas:



• Designing, developing, and maintaining MEP systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Creating equipment specifications for new facilities.
• Drafting operational procedures.
• Assisting clients with material procurement.
• Managing construction facilities.
• Estimating material, construction, and labor costs, as well as project timescales.
• Creating Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and related documentation.
• Providing technical expertise on engineering requirements.
• Developing maintenance procedures, protocols, method statements, permits to work, and risk assessments.
• Conducting planned and reactive maintenance tasks with hands-on technical proficiency.
• Supervising repairs and other maintenance activities.
• Coordinating with external parties for Facilities Services.
• Maintaining accurate work order and maintenance records.
• Assisting in staff training.
• Performing additional tasks as directed by the client.



Key Skills:



• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Facilities or Project Management supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; French proficiency preferred.
• Experience in electrical/mechanical design, schematic creation, detailed design, and value engineering.
• Proficient in CAD, Dialux, and other relevant software.
• Preference for candidates with dual French and Arab nationality.
