AK Building Contracting LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Facility Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring smooth functioning and a safe environment for all occupants. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of all building systems and equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Manage day-to-day operations of facilities and ensure all facilities are well-maintained.
• Plan and coordinate regular maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise facility staff and manage external contractors.
• Handle vendor contracts and ensure service delivery standards are met.
• Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.
• Monitor budgets and manage costs related to facility operations.
• Respond to facility-related issues and resolve them promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• UAE experience is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month (depending on experience)
