Facilities Manager
Job Description
- Oversee & manger multiple renovation sites, maintenance work with ensuring strict adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards including snags
- Monitor building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, to ensure efficiency and safety.
-Ensure the highest level of finishing details as desired
-Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors ,office teams, and management to streamline project execution, material procurement, and staff allocation.
-Inspect work sites regularly to monitor quality and adherence to design specifications.
-Maintaining project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports post taking over the building after completion.
- Ensure smooth handover of projects upon completion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering , or a related field
- Proven 8-10yrs of experience as a facilities manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have good knowledge of authorities regulation related to MEP work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
