The opportunity

An exciting opportunity to be a part of Mace and our facilities management business that provides interrogated facilities management services for a leading government client responsible for site across Dubai.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing all aspects of facilities services as detailed in the scope of works section of the contract and will report to the senior facilities manager based in Dubai.

Being responsible for the service delivery at specified locations, which will be measured by contractual KPIs/SLAs.

Working directly with the local client to ensure a thorough understanding of their objectives and the implementation of acceptable property-specific operating strategies that achieve these required standards.

Overseeing the implementation of all approved initiatives and programs, by managing and coordinating the efforts of the FM team (e.g. direct reports, service providers, contractors, and building employees) to achieve the goals.

Representing Mace in the local and regional business.

Overseeing procedures as required by the Contract.

Driving Mace\xe2\x80\x99s workplace experience, sustainability and technology advancements to the client.

Having the ultimate authority over all the work required in completing the requirements of the Contract.

General administration of department, (holidays, training, performance reviews etc.).

Updating and maintaining official safety documents, liaise with government authorities.

Maintaining full financials awareness and control.

Meeting KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and SLA\xe2\x80\x99s defined within the contract

Promoting \xe2\x80\x9cSafety First, No Compromise\xe2\x80\x9d.

Preparing and distributing quarterly/annual business review (QBR/ABR) information to client\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction.

About you

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated construction teams. You are a mechanical or electrical engineer. You have experience in a previous leadership role. You are PMP/FMP certified or a member of BIFM. You have experience owning facilities contracts and supplier/contractor management. You are client-focused and are able to deliver to the client what we promise. You have organisation of fire evacuation and first aid training for employees. You will be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
