1. Should have minimum 3-5 years' experience performing journey level Airconditioning.

2. Must be flexible at any time as per work requirements.

3. Can work under pressure & has positive attitude.

4. Knowledgeable in preparing reports & can speak English properly.

5. Can join immediately.

Job description:

1. Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner.

2. Ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.

3. Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units

4. Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.

5. Inspect and maintain refrigerators and ice machines, and chilled water supply systems.

6. Must be able to get Market price for the materials required for the quotation/job efficiently.

7. Attend quickly to emergency call on equipment repair issues, as well as to after work hour calls.

8. All job related to air-conditioning works.

9. Additional other work experience will be added advantage.
