Facilities Management Supervisor
Job Description
Our organization is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to join us urgently. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience and must possess the following qualifications: Requirements: Proven track record of managing large-scale iconic facilities. Comprehensive knowledge of facility management practices such as SFG20, NFPA, CIBSE, BICSc, etc., industry trends, and applicable regulations. Experience in Electrical test and inspection, Statutory compliance, SFG20 knowledge, UPS, Generators, HV, HVAC, and air conditioning. Ability to identify faults and provide reports for rectification. Experience in both Hard and Soft FM Services. Proficiency in CAFM System. Strong experience in BIMS (Building Information Management Systems).
