Position Overview:

As a Facility Management Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the company's facilities, ensuring that all systems and equipment are working efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Manage vendor relationships (contractors, cleaners, suppliers). Assist with budget tracking for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and service contracts. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Assist with space planning, office relocations, and furniture arrangement. Respond to emergencies and prioritize work. Assist in reporting facility performance and improvements.
Required Qualifications:

Facility Management, Business Administration degree preferred). 5+ years of experience in facility management in the UAE. Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Proficiency in CAFM software. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Facility Management Certification (e.g., IFMA, BOMA). Budget management experience. Ability to handle confidential information.
