We are a Facilities Management company based in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for Facilities coordinator with 2 years of experience in relevant field.
Responsibilities:
Must know how to handle the phones calls, e-mail commutation and making quotations. Reporting to the Facilities Manager on a regular basis. Preparing schedule for preventive maintenance. Coordinate with all departments in group. Maintaining all documents. Coordinate maintenance activities with internal staff and external contractors.
We prefer candidates on visit visa, cancelled visa or those on notice period .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Experience:
• Administrative assistant/Facilities management coordinator: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
• English (Preferred)
Candidate should possess following skills:
• Attention to details.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Work under pressure.
• Fluent in English language.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
