Facilities Management Assistant

Job Description

  • Managing building and equipment operations schedules.
  • Responding to urgent operations calls.
  • Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility.
  • Excellent knowledge with Statutory and Authorities requirements.
  • Liaising with contractors, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of senior managers.
  • Support projects and sites with ongoing activities and planning to ensure successful delivery of all projects.
  • Reporting to the operations management on a weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Apply financial management skills to achieve efficient budget planning and budget control.
  • Monitoring operations budget spending.
  • Documenting processes and keeping operations records.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in related fields.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering filed OR nay relevant filed.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
