Facilities Maintenance Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and driven Facilities Manager to lead a fast-track maintenance services who can manage all aspect of Civil, MEP and any other related works services ensuring timely completion and exceptional work quality.
Responsibilities:
• Develop new business project, generate and negotiate new contracts for Facility Management services as per target.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the project meets all safety and regulatory standard
• Risk Management by identifying potential risk and develop mitigation strategies to ensure success of each project .
• Budgeting and Cost Estimation by giving detailed budget and cost estimates for each project, including labor, materials and contingency funds.
Qualifications:
• Experience 10 yrs
• Civil engineering having back ground of maintenance
• UAE driving license
• Computer MS excel knowledge
• Good English communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
