Job Purpose:

To manage and maintain commercial, residential and retail properties, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and tenant comfort through regular maintenance, prompt issue resolution, and implementation of best practices in facilities management.

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

MEP System Management: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems within the residential community. Team Coordination: Lead and supervise maintenance and soft service staff, ensuring effective team collaboration and efficient task completion. Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all MEP systems to ensure their reliability and longevity. Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations. Contractors Management: Coordinate with specialist contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repair tasks. Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. Emergency Response: Quickly respond to emergencies, providing immediate solutions to restore system functionality and resident comfort. Supervise Repairs and Upgrades: Perform or oversee necessary repairs and upgrades to HVAC systems, ensuring minimal disruption to residents. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with Clients about scheduled maintenance and potential disruptions. Training and Development: Provide training and support to maintenance staff on FM best practices and safety procedures. Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the performance of systems and maintenance staff, implementing improvements as needed. Inventory Management: Manage inventory of related supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for timely repairs and maintenance.

Required Criteria:

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3+ years UAE experience in FM Industry Familiar with CAFM software Knowledge in Troubleshooting, Budgeting, Site assessment, able to use AUTO CAD & read drawings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards in facilities management. Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
