About Us: Facilico FM, established in 2012, is a facilities management company based in Dubai. Our services include Hard services- Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Services and Soft services- Cleaning and Janitorial, Landscaping and Ground maintenance, security services, pest control, facade cleaning.

We are currently recruiting for Facilities Engineer

Key Resbonsibilities

• Analyze tender documents specifications drawings and other project documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates
• Coordinate with suppliers subcontractors and internal departments to gather necessary information and pricing
• Prepare and submit tender proposals in a timely and accurate manner ensuring all client requirements and specifications are met
• Develop detailed cost estimates for facilities management projects including labor materials equipment and site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for accurate estimation
• Responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities.
• Performs analyses of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, and safety processes, and recommend and implement improvements.
• Responsible for assessing the facility's resource requirements, designing and optimizing the facility's layout and critical operational systems, and overseeing the maintenance of infrastructure and equipment.
• Be able to develop and implement utility plans, perform system evaluations, and establish operational efficiency.

Skills&Experience:

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in the FM industry in the UAE.
• Proven expertise in bidding and estimation for FM projects, especially for hard, soft, and specialized services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software for estimation and project
• Valid UAE driving license is Required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
