Job Title: Facialist and Beautician

Location: New beauty salon in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates)

Job Type: Full Time 10am to 8pm, 6 days per week

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Facialist / Beautician to join our esteemed beauty salon and spa. As a Facialist, you will provide professional facial treatments and skincare consultations to our clients, ensuring they receive personalized care and achieve their skincare goals. The ideal candidate should have a passion for skincare, exceptional customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of facial treatments and products.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of facial treatments including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, masks, and facial massages.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses to assess clients' skin condition and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Customize facial treatments based on clients' skincare needs, concerns, and preferences.
• Recommend and sell skincare products to clients, educating them on proper use and benefits.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment.
• Sterilize and disinfect tools and equipment after each use.
• Adhere to all state and local licensing regulations and sanitation standards.
• Provide guidance and education to clients on skincare routines and home care products.
• Maintain detailed records of client treatments and progress.
• Collaborate with other salon team members to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Facialist Technician in a salon setting
• Proven experience as a Facialist, Esthetician, or similar role in a salon or spa setting.
• Certification in Esthetics or Facial Treatments from an accredited beauty school or program.
• Strong knowledge of facial treatments, skincare products, and techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Up-to-date knowledge of skincare trends, products, and ingredients.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced facial treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or LED therapy.
• Additional certifications in skincare treatments or product lines.
