Title: Facialist

Our spa is seeking a skilled facialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing a range of facial treatments to clients, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, and moisturizing. They should be knowledgeable about different skin types and conditions, and be able to recommend appropriate treatments to clients. The facialist will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, ordering and restocking supplies, and building relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, and moisturizing, according to client needs and preferences.

- Analyze clients' skin types and conditions, and recommend appropriate treatments and products.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing equipment and tools after each use.

- Order and restock supplies as needed to ensure an adequate inventory of products.

- Build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new products, and attend training sessions as necessary.

- Promote and sell retail products to clients.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing facial treatments, preferably in a spa or salon setting.

- Knowledge of different skin types and conditions, and familiarity with a variety of facial products and treatments.

- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain treatment options and product recommendations to clients.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Sales experience and the ability to promote and sell retail products to clients is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
